Things We Saw While Snorkelling During El Niño, 2017

The above average ocean temperatures brought on by the El Niño causes mass coral deaths. Just before the corals die off it turns fluroecent yellow or green in its last attempt for survival. I created this series of drawings thinking about the fragility of our oceans.
